All you need to know before buying a Honda HR-V

The Honda HR-V is a compact SUV that looks small but has a spacious boot and roomy interiors. This car has a very strong build and is probably the most sturdy one in its price range. It is a total value for money car in terms of comfort as well as mileage.

The HR-V has classy and neat interiors. The materials used are upscale and easily give the cabin a fine look and feel. All this classiness, unfortunately, comes with an unimpressive infotainment system. Most owners report that Honda could have invested a little more in this aspect. Right now, the infotainment has a complex menu and is not very user friendly.

All you need to know before buying a Honda HR-V

If you are looking to buy a Honda that is a good choice for a family, the 2017 Honda HR-V is the car. This car is roomy even at the back and the cargo hold becomes huge with the facility of a foldable second row. Honda has designed the HR-V with a full load in mind. All in all, the HR-V has comfortable five seats that can all accommodate grownups.

Mileage wise, Honda claims that HR-V will easily clock anywhere between 25 to 28 in the city limits and these numbers will go up to 31 to 34 on highways. Every HR-V is fitted with a multi-angle rearview camera.

The upper version of this car comes with Honda LaneWatch, which is Honda’s unique blind spot monitoring device. Other than these two, there are no other technological safety features.

The 2017 Honda HR-V’s engine is also not very impressive. the HR-V is definitely not a mountain climbing car with its cabin full. It is good enough for the city and will climb a hill with extra efforts. The car is steady when it comes to handling. Its steering system gives a lot of agility to the driver when it comes to narrow parking and managing curvy turns.

To sum it up, we would like to say that this is a perfect city car that will give value for every single penny that you have spent on it. However, if you are a person who loves long drives and going off road, you would want to rethink about this one.
