Hyundai upgraded its Tucson SUVs with promising enhancements. The car is a compact SUV with touch controls for higher trim levels. The 2022 Tucson has a roomier cabin space and offers hands-free trunk control. Trims
The standard models come with front-wheel drive, however, the all-wheel drive option is available for all trims. Opting for the all-wheel drive option in any of the new Hyundai Tucson cars can end up costing you about $1,400. You can choose from four different trim levels:

SE
Hyundai Tucson SE is the base model in the new lineup. It comes with features like pedestrian detection, lane assistance, and forward-collision avoidance. The infotainment center is equipped with an 8-inch screen. N Line
If you want to go for a sporty and sleek look, the N Line Tucson might be ideal for you. The N Line pulls your attention with its well-equipped cabin and exterior styling. It comes with 19-inch alloy wheels, darker taillight casings, leather-encased steering wheel, cloth/leather upholstery, and a 10.25-inch digital gauge display. Additional attractive features of the Tucson N Line are its power trunk, remote locking and unlocking feature, and the Bose premium audio system. You can get all of this at approximately $31,785. The price may differ depending on other customizations.

Limited
Features that make the new Hyundai Tucson Limited so appealing include paddle shifters, surround-view cameras, panoramic sunroof, rain-sensors enabled wipers, heated rear seats, and remote parking assist. Additionally, you get a 10.25-inch touchscreen with navigation, leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, and projection LED lights. This trim costs about $35,885.

Hybrid models
The trims offered by Hyundai for Tucson Hybrid come with their own unique set of features. Although you may find a lot of similarities between SEL and Hybrid SEL, Limited and Hybrid Limited, the hybrid models are equipped with all-wheel drive, multiple driver safety features, heated front seats, and commendable mileage. The hybrid model also has 3 trim levels.

Fuel economy
All the models in the new Hyundai Tucson lineup come with decent fuel economy, however, the hybrid cars can be more efficient. Tucson’s 2.5L four-cylinder engine delivers 26 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway. The base hybrid model can deliver up to 38 mpg for both highway and city roads.

Safety
Hyundai has added a long list of standard and optional safety features in the new lineup. You get lane-keeping assistance, driver attention warning system, cyclist and pedestrian detection, rear occupant alert, and high-beam assist as standard safety features. Additional advanced features include a safe exit warning, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance assist systems for rear-cross traffic and blind spots.
